Exchange and Refund Policy: Every customer must be encouraged to check the product before payment to the delivery agent. If there are sizing issues or defects, or if the customer does not want not to take the product, they must be encouraged to return on spot to the delivery agent & pay them the delivery charge for their efforts. If a customer takes delivery and identifies sizing issues or defects afterwards, they must contact within 48 hours of delivery. we will inform the customer about the action applicable for their case. Refunds are only applicable if a customer receives a defective product and We cannot replace it with a fresh piece of the same product. In all other cases of exchanges and returns, customers will be provided alternative products of the same value OR Refunds will be made via the same method used for making payments on the website.

Shipping We dispatch your order every day at 12 pm except on public holidays. After dispatch, it takes about:

• 2 to 3 working days for metro cities
• 3 to 5 working days for the rest of Bangladesh.

We ship your order from Chittagong.

• Inside Chittagong 80 Taka.
• Outside Chittagong 120 Taka.

Returns Incase of return items must be returned in their original condition with our box + packaging + tags / labels as delivered to you, or it will not be accepted by our warehouse.
